Reed joined NICS as a software developer in 2022. At NICS, Reed is a part of the Scientific Computing Group. Here he develops software to help the Sci Comp group achieve its goal of ensuring that the scientific community is fully capable of utilizing the available computational resources to their fullest.
Reed received his BM in music from Mercer University and his MM from the Juilliard School where he received a Kovner Fellowship to attend.
